With eBay's shift towards the new bulk listing editor, I can no longer sort my listings using MPNs. Well I can, but it's a much longer process consisting of multiple clicks for each listing. It's practically unusable this way.
I've never updated my Custom Labels but it seems now is the time to do it since I can sort by Custom Label.
Using File Exchange, I am able to download CSV's but they only include UPC's, Item Number and Custom Label, among other things. Item Specifics are not included nor are MPN's. I've managed to add Custom Label entries to anything that has a UPC using my own database of UPC's. A good 60% of my listings don't have UPC's, however.
Is there any way to add custom fields to the downloadable CSV's via File Exchange? I know there's a way to add custom fields to existing CSV's for upload but I need either MPN's or the full Item Specifics upon download.
This would save me days, if not weeks of work.
Thanks in advance!

eBay doesn't have a downloadable report for full item specifics. There is a report on Seller Hub to download items that are missing required or recommended item specifics, but it skips those that are fine.
I think you are asking whether you can request more fields than eBay has provided for a download, and the answer to that is no. Although I think that would be a great recommendation tools_apps_team@ebay

This online tool will gather your items by category and will retrieve the item specifics as they are provided in the listing. It does not pull in the Custom Label (SKU), since that is not a public field.
In addition to a list of ( C: ) Item Specifics, the other columns retrieved are:
Most of the unneeded columns should be removed for a revision upload.
If you are familiar with File Exchange, then you know that eBay uses Product:UPC to pull in product catalog data. If a UPC (EAN/ISBN/EPID) is not available, then eBay uses Product:Brand together with Product:MPN to collect that data. These are used differently than the search criteria populating the C:data fields.

Holy smokes! This solved my issue!
Thank you very very much! I was able to extract MPNs using that tool you linked and use a basic VLOOKUP command with a typical File Exchange download. I'd say about 95% of my Custom Labels are able to be filled in using this. The 5% that I have to sort through is much more manageable.
Thanks again, a million times over!

That's great! I'm glad it helped with the issue!

As a side note for anybody else that comes across this. The tool that @shipscript posted will not pick up any listings with a zero quantity. I'm not sure how I didn't realize this last night but after temporarily adjusting my quantities, the tool picked up about 99.5% of all of my listings. Thanks again @shipscript !

Oh, that's right, the tool does not pick up out-of-stock items because they are not visible to the public (it only has access to publicly available data). I should have mentioned that 😞 , although the tool does state that in the instructions near the top.
