Laughing because you act like this is such a cool NEW thing. I offered partial refunds/let buyer keep the item 20 years ago here. Worked great for buyer and seller alike, for many years. Letting me make my own decisions, working it out directly with the buyer. Then YOU, eBay, decided I wasn't allowed to do that anymore and you took it away. Glad to see you are finally seeing REASON and agreeing that I WAS RIGHT, but still PO'd that it took you this long to see reason. "We are only a venue." Riiiiiiiight
