EBAY? What are you Doing here?
I filed an eBay complaint on Nov 21.
EBay rep closed the case SAME DAY!
No way they read the complaint. ALL I asked for over and over to Seller and EBAY!!!!!
IS, ALL I wanted all along is an exchange.
Since the Seller won't contact me either. No harsh words ever.
I can find no way to get an eBay' live chat' to help w my issues.
I have contacted the seller to send me a Queen size and take back their King size. Exchange Only!
I made contact BEFORE I bought a bedspread and 4 shams.
Their sizes were in metric. I contacted them for the correct conversion to inches for me. They assured me no problem. THEN, they mailed me a KING size.
I can't use this one. And, I don't need 4 shams w no bedspread.
I have a paper trail. Made a complaint w EBAY. Your representative simply closed the case. Bought 1st of October. Canceled the order. The seller said I couldn't cancel.
This has been back and forth for months.
I'm showing OI have until December 20 to resolve this.
Seller won't respond.
All I want is to exchange King for what I ordered by their recommendation.
EBAY needs to make this right for me, the customer.

If you were refunded it's over, eBay can't force a seller to do an exchange. If you were not refunded it is about 48 days since you placed the order so there isn't anything you can do now other than contact Paypal if you paid that way and pay for return shipping to get a refund.
If your case has been closed for a while I'm not sure how you still have until December 20th to resolve, unless you had two individual transactions and one was just for the shams. If that is the case, you would need to return the shams by December 20th to get a refund on those or the case will close.
It is very simple to do your own size conversion to inches on any search platform and is best to do that.

If you filed a complaint Nov 21 and it was closed the same day then one of several things happened.
1)You filed a case more than 30 days after you received the wrong item.
2) You filed within 30 days but your seller's return policy is no returns and you chose wrong size as the reason for the return. You needed to file not as described as the reason. Wrong size/doesn't fit is a remorse return on eBay and isn't covered by MBG.
Closed cases can't be reopened. Are you sure the case was closed or did the seller deny the return? There's a difference. If the case is closed I don't understand why you have until Dec 20.
Find the item in your Purchases. See return details. Is the case closed there or does it say Ask eBay to step in? If it says ask eBay to step in then you need to do that ASAP. If the case is closed then go to PayPal and file a dispute there if you paid that way. If you didn't pay with PayPal and you paid with a credit card file a chargeback with the card co.
