wrong return label and seller not accepting messages

hi all,

Ordered two items from the same seller and they came in one package. The first (itm 114772324496) arrived broken, while the other one (itm 114793779163) doesn't fit. I've requested the return of both which the seller has approved, but the issues are that the return label provided has the wrong seller address and if I click "contact the seller" anywhere, it'll just say "We're sorry we couldn't find an answer for you. Unfortunately, this seller is not able to respond to your question. We suggest reviewing the item again to see if your answer is in the seller's listing." What should I do here?

Your seller is in Canada, have they provided a US address for the return ?

More importantly @yzexcel you need 2 return labels, even though both items arrived in the same package.

On eBay, if you return both items in the same package, you will only get a refund for one of the items. Because each of the 2 labels uses tracking for its own refund for just one item. So be sure you have 2 return labels, not one.

And the return address does not matter: That's where the seller wants the return delivered, and whether it goes out for delivery or turns back due to a bad address, you will get a refund.

is that what's happening? I'm not familiar with intl returns, but yes, the seller provided a USPS label with this US address:
