unable to send return request because no way to work around the photo requirement. Help!

I need to return a new and undamaged item that was wrong.  I'm blocked because the ebay return request demands a photo. I can find no way to do this, tried clicking and dragging a photo of item from seller description, but no.  Can anyone tell me how to get around this roadblock?

As nearly 8,000 m.t. "empty" graves will advise @Anonymous you can instead right-click and save the FIRST photo from the listing BECAUSE IT IS THE CORRECT IMAGE FORMAT EBAY NEEDS and upload that photo, just to get past the roadblock.

Then you can send your actual photos to the seller via a regular eBay message.
