I'm stuck with a $70. item. Attempting to use the return process has made me angry. I checked off that the auto part didnt fit my car and I hit the next button and nothing happens. I have now run out of time to return the item. Your return process does nothing but run the user around in circles . It's doubtful I will use Ebay in the future.

eBays Money Back Guarantee is pretty specific when it comes to time it gives you the buyer up to 30days from date of delivery to file a not as described case to return the item and be refunded. Now your only other option is to file same with PayPal if that’s how you paid or your Credit Card you have 180 days to to that. Good Luck.

If the seller has a no return policy, he isn't required to accept your return request as it's considered a remorse request.
As the buyer, you're expected to know what you need and to verify that the size is correct. If you didn't do that, it's on you.
Just resell it yourself.

Yep, everything becomes a pumpkin on EBAY 30 days after item is delivered. Found out the hard way as I'm out $200 because I missed the 30 day return window by 5 days on a defective laptop.

You should have filed with PayPal or your credit card. As mentioned, you have up to 180 days to file a chargeback.
