Not sure what to do here. Something about the listing seemed a little off, I only noticed the lack of a battery after looking closer (this wasn't mentioned in text) and so I messaged the seller requesting a cancellation.
The seller replies telling me the item has already been "picked up by their shipper" (from order to their reply was under 10 minutes) and then I notice they have "no returns accepted" on the listing. This explains the blatant lie about having the item picked up minutes after placing the order.
This feels like blatant abuse. Anybody run into something similar?

If you don’t receive what you purchased you can always return it through eBays Money Back Guarantee regardless of the sellers No return policy. No returns doesn’t mean no refunds.
