Use the "Contact us" link and follow the prompts for your issue and you should eventually wind up on a page with a chat option. Choose that, and the last option that appears in the chat window -- use the "See more" option -- should be "Contact an Agent" to request a call-back if you are in North America, or a chat with an agent.

Clorox tablets do not have Clorox stamped on them. Yes, they would be in plastic because their pictures show them in plastic, from an Individual one to larger amounts.  If  you were buying a bucket of them then expect them to be in the bucket. If not I would have expected to have them sent in plastic like their pictures show.  Your feedback says send more tablets and I will send this one back.  If you saw they were defective you need to return all of them back.   If you don't  return everything the seller can deduct 50% of your refund.

Have you filed a not described return? If you didn't  know this FEEDBACK is not for communicating to the seller.  That is what private messages are for.

I also suggest that in the future you look at the seller's feedback and responses they leave to feedback and to others as it will probably lessen your chances of getting bad products or never receiving them. In this particular case the seller had a subpar seller rating, 7 negatives in 6 months, and their responses to those negatives were very condescending and immature for a business.

You don't need a "chat person", whatever that is.

You need to read eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers.  If you received an item that is not as described, you need to open an item not as described case.
