trouble returning item

The Ebay app says I have no order so I'm having trouble trying to return a radio that the dealership says is no good and want work in my vehicle. This is my first time buying something on this site and looks like it will be my last. 312 dollars is alot of money

Then click on "More actions".

Then click on "Return the item"."
