Trouble with return

I am having trouble with returning a radio that the dealership says I should send back it want work. The email from the seller and the ebay app doesn't show the order where I can return it. Ebay took the 312 dollars out of my account why does it not show up in purchases

Return an item for a refund | eBay

Select the item and file a case on eBay for INAD - Item not as described.  

My eBay - Purchases

Once you file a case, scroll across the top of your purchases page and it should show there.
