If you are using eBay messages it is easy.
Scroll down the return message page. Just above the "send message" block is an open square to click to add pictures. The pictures ought to already by on your device in your file manager. Simply click the link and through that link locate the picture and click it. It adds automatically. Just wait for it to finish loading then click send.
The pendulum always corrects itself.
