Are you referring to eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers?

Maybe you need to read it again.  If used correctly and in a timely fashion, the MBG is not bad or difficult.

Please feel free to return here and explain your problem.  

Also, did you know we're not allowed to "name and shame" on the Boards?

On eBay doesn't fit wrong size is not covered as eBay thinks that's a remorse reason, that you needed to get exact measurements or compare your part with a picture of the actual part you're buying.

 

If the seller doesn't accept returns they can refuse doesn't fit reasons for the return. Returns for parts can be tricky.

You needed to file choosing not as described wrong item it doesn't match instead of saying wrong size doesn't fit.
