seller sent me a bad return label?

i bought an item and it came not working, so i opened a return and i got a return label via ebay. so today i went to the library to print the return label and noticed it had my name and address on it as BOTH the shipper and receiver. so i came home and called ebay and of corse they said there is nothing they can do about it, and i need to contact the seller and have him send me a proper return label, the seller has stopped responding to me , and my time to mail the return back is running out, how do i handle this? Thanks

seller sent me a bad return label?

Ship it and when the item is delivered (to you) you'll be able to get a refund. Seller is responsible for the return label and if they mess up or intentionally put a wrong address, that's on them. You contacted them about it (which is what I would have suggested) and since they're ignoring you the next step is to go ahead and ship using the label the seller provided through eBay.
