seller not responding to return requests

1. The buyer informed the seller of the defect. (I'm buyer.)

2. The seller said 'okay' and told me to wait.

3. The seller has no answer.

4. I've been waiting.

I opened a return request after 30 days.

5. It's been two weeks, and the seller hasn't answered so far.

30 days of eBay coverage... Can I force it back and get a refund?

If you started the return after you had the item for 30 days, the MBG has expired and there's nothing Ebay will do.
