It all depends on how the buyer files the return.
If they choose didn't fit, changed my mind or something like that, the buyer pays return shipping.
If they lie and say it's not as described for any reason, the seller pays return shipping.

There is no point in stating 'no returns' as a seller here. I have always offered returns and have had only three in over ten years on ebay.

Plainly and simply: It doesn't work
Any buyer that really wants to return is going to return and you'll either pay for the return or you will lose your item and your money via INAD or a chargeback.
