I have a few small questions, please kindly explain me.

I sold item has been If the buyer doesn't like it and opens a returns case to me, will it affect my sales performance?

If the buyer confirms returns the item back, it would be better for me to refund the money before I get the item back, right?

I always wait until the item arrives back to me before refunding.  I never refund until the item is returned.

Wait until you receive the item back until you issue a refund. Then give them the refund immediately. No it will not affect your sales performance.
