you buy an item which may not be installed right away. there is a date of expiration on this item however, to install the item, circumstances take place where a month or two later you do it. install the item. 3 days later it melts. ( is a car vent visor). so try to return it? try to contact seller? try to lv neg feedback? cant. won't reply. impossible. so this seller is selling defective visors that melt, warp, shape shift. . he has no accountability. i lost my money. the car looks ridiculous until i remove the visors and replace them with a quality type.. who can help? what to do? selling defective items should have consequences regardless of expiration dates to return it.

Sorry eBay only gives 30 days to act after receipt of item: try your credit card or PayPal (payment method: they have longer periods. Not you may have to pay for return shipping and if item came from say china cost to return are not worth it...

I'm sorry but everything in life has an expiration date, including yourself! You can't leave your groceries out on the counter because 'circumstances take place' then when your dairy items are ruined expect to return them for a full refund. There has to be some accountability on the buyer's part. It is the responsibility of the buyer to read the policies and follow them. You had a 30-day money back guarantee for a full refund, which you allowed to expire by not installing the item you purchased. I'm sorry but things happen sometimes. Now you will make certain this never happens to you again. Best of luck to you....
