I purchase 6 sets of bin rail order #15-12485-06041. only received 3 sets I have been contact with the seller and told me the courier delivered it. Yes they delivered one box with three 3 sets only.I already installed those but stiil need the others 3 sets to completed my project, all I request. If not I will need return instruction to return the three sets received

How you proceed will depend upon how this was actually listed.  Was it just one listing, with one item #, but you could order multiples?

Have you considered opening an item not as described case? Although that may be a problem, considering that you've installed what you DID receive and may be required to return that.  

ETA:  Is the number you listed the actual eBay item #? I ask because I don't find that item in either sold or unsold.
