You received an item that is not as described.  You have 30 days after receipt of that item to open an item not as described case, per eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers.

Find the item in your Purchase History and use the drop down menu to find "item not as described" and click on it, then follow the prompts.

Did you do that? Have you read the MBG?

BTW, a seller's "no returns" stance means nothing in the face of the MBG.

Think about this:  If a seller could simply state "No Returns", the seller could ship you just about any kind of ________, and you would have to keep it with no possibility of getting a refund.  Would that be right?

ALL buyers have the MBG.  Learn to use it.

You are asking this question on the USA  board and are located in the UK. What soh.maryl says is correct for the USA but there may be differences in what can be done regarding returns in the UK. You might want to ask your question on that board just in case there are.
