Says I have return label in email, can't find it

I got an email saying I had a return label to return an item back to the seller. I click the link and it's just the seller's address, no label anywhere. I'm on a desktop computer (not phone). Is there somewhere else it would be? Thanks.

Have you check the case in the Resolution Center? There may be a link there. Click on the Resolution Center link at the bottom of most eBay pages.

If this is not a morose return and you have to buy your own return label @funky_squirrel could it be your seller uploaded just a plain address label with no tracking barcode?

If you're not sure, click "Contact eBay on Messenger" at Facebook here, leave your name, email, zip code, and tell eBay you need a return label.

Email or eBay message?

If direct email, it would be an attachment. 

If message...go back to resolution center...label is probably there.

I got an email saying I had a return label, clicked it and it just showed me the return address to send back to. My Resolution Center is empty. Is it possible the seller didn't include it?

I'm having the same issue..seller sent label and I don't see it..I too am using desktop, nada..

You are stalled @funky_squirrel with no button to click to Ask eBay to step inside. Contact eBay on Facebook now; see how in the post above. The clock is ticking down on you, until the case closes without a refund.

Same thing happened to me after an hour of frustration trying to contact customer service (impossible)  I had a hunch to download the ebay app (I was using my phone and the mobile desktop version). There was also a non-working link with that email which  to request the label be resent. GLAD I FOLLOWED MY HUNCH,  when I downloaded the app, the label was available to either print or email, and the resend label option was also working.
