a)Seller's return policy 

b)Reason of return

 Check the return policy on the Sales Venue

-If Seller has 'no return' policy, you need to have a good reason to return

-If Seller has 'open return' policy, you need to be on the time provided, like, one week, 10 days, 30 days or what ever it says. Check the the time limit
