I REFUNDED A BUYER FOR 2 PRODUCTS,I WAS BRAND NEW,THE OTHER NEW,BUT RIPPED TOP OF BOX,BATTERIES FOR THE GAME WERE DEAD,FOR IT SAT  FOR CLOSE TO 2 YEARS,SHE RECEIVED FULL REFUND,AND I DONT GET PRODUCT BACK AFTER SECOND REVIEW,WOW,I SOLD OVER 2800.00 ON SITE IN 6 WEEKS,FIGURE THE MATH THAT EBAY MADE

First posting in all caps makes it hard to read. 
That being said I will do my best to figure out what your issue is.

Your buyer opened a return for some items, instead of waiting for the items to be returned to you first, you went ahead and refunded. 
Since you basically told your buyer they can keep the items and here’s your money back too. 
eBay will not force the buyer to return anything to you and considers the case closed. 

When you sell things you should make sure there’s no 6 legged hitchhikers and droppings in it….ewww.
