Hello, I have a return request, and the seller has a P.O. box. I returned the item and The tracking stated that the item is: " available for pickup" for 6 days. Now the tracking says " Reminder to Schedule Redelivery of your item before August 19, 2021" and the post office has a form on the tracking link to be filled out.
Can anyone tell me what this is about and what I should do? I can not get information from the seller nor eBay. My return request says delivery confirmation is needed. There is no way for me to ask eBay for help like the way things used to be. Thanks for any information and help.
