My husband purchased an item as a guest. Item doen't work. We want to return it and have received word from seller to start return process. Problem is we can't figure out how to. No place on original e-mail confirmation to start process. Anyone know how to start.

As @house*of*paws explained, it SHOULD be in the confirmation email. If you continue to have problems, I recommend reaching out to eBay via social media;
