I request for return defective item for one set x 2023 Morgan silver Uncirculated #115864268986, but don't know how to add photo in return for the label,

EBay is not here. No one will email you.
You will have to be able to save a photo to a file and upload or drag and drop it into the return case.
Ask someone you know to help you accomplish this task.

For what it's worth, you can 'right-click/save' a photo from the listing and upload it. Good luck.
