What to do?
Unfortunately @geordo-12 the regular, low-level customer service cannot help you.
Instead, leave a private message for eBay on Facebook here, and ask eBay to look at the return address.

OMGosh PRINT IT. What country is the seller from? Put the label on the package and handwrite his country below the label. When it arrives in his country I am positive the post over there can read their own language. They might not know English in a foreign country but they can read labels in their own language for sure.

Chinese is one of the languages permitted by the Universal Postal Union Treaty of 1874. Interestingly, English was not one of those languages until 1994, even though the Treaty was first proposed by the USA.
Print out the label.
Attach it.
Write CHINA on the package adjacent to the label for the use of those few USPS workers who don't read Chinese characters .
