The seller gave me a partial refund, since November 6th eBay sent me a message saying my refund would take 3 to 5 business days, but my bank tells me there is no refund in my account.
What process should I follow? How do I contact eBay?
If you received an official eBay message saying you've been refunded. The refunds always go to the original method of payment. When you actually see the refund in your account is up to your credit card or bank on how they handle ACH deposits of refunds. Some can take as little as 1-2 days or up to 30 days. Talk to your bank.
