refund request "See Return Details" button return an technical difficulties error

I received confirmation of my request for a refund however, when I click on the "See Return Details" button I am receiving a "technical difficulties" error so how can I return it if I can not see the details on how to return it?

Refund and Return are not spelled the same. Is this a refund request, or a return request.

And how are you returning an item when you've just registered today, or was it on another account?

I usually take those "technical difficulties" errors at face value and try again later. Did your message have that prompt?
