Did you mean:

partial Order

Only 1/2 of order recieved

Google shows the sellers address as an Empty Lot!   No way to contact seller.

What steps to take to with regard to Seller.

Ebay's Customer service is a confusing circle.

Re: partial Order

Open an 'official' return (go to 'my ebay'; see 'purchases'- blue box on right side) and use the reason of 'not as described'.

This forces a return label (that the seller will pay for) and you will then have to 'send back' what you got.

Track the shipment; once 'delivered' back to the seller (don't care if it's an empty lot, the label was made to ship back to seller); seller has 48 hrs to refund. At day 3 (72 hrs)- click the button that says 'have ebay step in'. Then, they will 'refund' your money.

Stop trying to contact eBay or the seller @zwsit.ht1f9k and just click RETURN THIS ITEM to start a return request for the MISSING PARTS OR PIECES reason.

Then your seller will have the option to OFFER A PARTIAL REFUND with no return required.

Then after 3 business days, go back to click Ask eBay to step in, if you have not heard back. This way, you get the additional possibility to keep the half you received, and get a refund for the other missing half.

Re: partial Order

Is there a reason you've not opened an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED CASE?

You have no need to speak with a CS rep.  Open the case and follow the prompts.

Have you read the Money Back Guarantee for buyers?
