open return claim

my first x... i sent the wrong item, i opened return request, buyer want to keep the item now and want me to close the case.  how do i do so?

If you're the seller, how did you open a return request, only the buyer can do that.

Something doesn’t seem right. If you are the seller, how did you open a return request? Only buyers can do that. Or have you confused a refund with a return? 
If you sent a refund, you can’t reverse it.

Something doesn’t seem right. If you are the seller, how did you open a return request?
Because only the buyer can do that. I think it's not a return case, it's a refund.
