Today is your last day @kpc-65 to start an Item Not Received refund request at eBay. You only have 30 days from the latest estimated delivery date to request a refund.
Just click on the blue button inside any email from eBay about your purchase, to find the item again.
Then
- click More Actions > I didn't receive it
- select ""I want a refund"
- then Submit
to start your refund request. If you still don't have a refund, come back after 3 business days to click Ask eBay to step in, to get your refund.
Or if it's too late to start a case at eBay, open a dispute here at PayPal (you have 180 days) then click Escalate to PayPal right afterwards. And wait up to 11 days for your automatic refund.
Otherwise, contact your card issuer, file a Goods not received chargeback, and get your refund.
