inactive return request open for 36 days

Can someone please tell me how long a return request that is inactive is going to stay open and am I going to have to get ebay to close it that its never going to close on its own? Buyer bought a top NWT made a false claim that it was missing something doesn't know what it is she just feels like it was. The tags says nothing that it was a 2pc/ multiple anything and hid the tag in posted pictures. Customer service said to report her and it would be closed in my favor. Days later of course I get another cs agent this one was so rude and condesending I had to hang up. The day came and went june 7th for esculation its now sat there for 36 days buyer never did anything with it. I don't want to call them and have them contact her and now make it move again and I know nothing happened with it still top rated and no defect against me. I just can't believe its inactive this long and still open

For anyone who wants to know it closed july 10th in my favor. Got neg fb of course and I accept it and knew it was going to happen. I asked for a fb removal and I said I accept their decision either way and all they had to say was it can't be removed but instead the CS agent has to insult me by saying things she has no clue what she was talking about. Because the buyer left 1 dsr on everything. The agent had the gall to say my shipping was to high. The buyer paid $5.00! I LOST MONEY ON SHIPPING! and that I said she changed her mind which I did not. Buyers are smart they know if they tell the truth that they don't like it or doesn't fit they won;t be able to get a refund. So they LIE I still cannot believe because she said she "feels" like its missing something and says she doesn't know what it could be quailifies to try and get a refund and hide tags. It just show cs agents do not read the messages. THey should require all NWT items to show tags when trying to get a refund. CS agents need training I was told multiple times buyers are the only ones who can close cases and then yesterday I get told I could of asked them to step in eariler no one ever knows what they are talking about.
