Almost everybody has a phone with a camera. Even flip phones have cameras. Do you not have a cell phone?
If not, ask a friend, neighbor or family to take a pic for you and email it to you. If you have a tablet you can use that camera or if your computer has a webcam you can use that camera.
I strongly suggest getting an actual photo of the item you received because some other suggestions like using the listing photo can cause your account to be flagged for buyer abuse.

Could you imagine what would happen if major mail order retailers refused returns without a picture? Unfortunately there is so much internet crime this may be a step to stop a little of it.
Is the item you received a mix up of something else the seller had for sale? Or is it defective? According to policy you only need a photo if item arrived damaged, broken, or faulty. What reason did you select for the return? Can you change the return reason and resubmit without a photo?

4. If the item arrived damaged, broken, or faulty, you must add at least 1 image (with a maximum of 10) relevant to the reason you're returning the item for, and showing any scratches or defects.

Good point. Can you try this @stephenmorgan and let us know?
-- Click the RETURN THIS ITEM on one of your shipping box purchases to pretend a return request
-- DON'T UPLOAD A PHOTO then cycle through each of the return reasons to see
-- which ones cause the SUBMIT REQUEST button to activate.
Don't push that button of couse, which would actually start a return.
