If you've opened an item not as described case, and the seller is requiring you to send a picture of what you received, please be aware that there is no eBay requirement that you do so.  You are most likely going to be sending the faulty item back, so that will generally accomplish the same purpose.

@naj3jan You can contact any seller you have purchased from by going to the item in your purchasing history. Select the item then select contact seller. You can write and attach photos; whatever it is you want to do. Best of luck to you....
