how do i close a case? Seller says they cannot issue a refund until I close the case

Your seller is a liar... DO NOT close the case. Your seller can issue you a refund through the case.

If you close it you will get NOTHING.

Ask ebay to step in.

Once a return it is closed it can't be reopened and eBay will no longer be able to help.

Please read up on how returns work. So sellers like the one your dealing with don't try to con you.

NEVER close a case until the issued is resolved. 

You never need to close a case in order for a refund to be issued. 

If the seller isn't responding appropriately, go to the case and ask ebay to step in.
