Not sure if you can.

Did you receive a email with a link to the Label.  You can see if the link will let you open the label again then you can print or save a copy.

Was the Label downloaded to your computer before it was printed?  If yes then it should be in you computer, maybe under the Download Folder.

The webpage that you printed the label from should be in your browser history, and you don't need to print it again, just take a screenshot of the label and rename it to something like 'return label copy 02-16-2023' and save it into a folder where you keep eBay stuff.

In the future, remember to take a screenshot before you close the window. 

Or if you want to take it a step further to document the transaction, take a clear photo of the package with the return label on it.  Name it and save it.
