how do I cancel a partial refund that the buyer accepted.

The buyer accepted a partial refund because the wrong amount was sent to the buyer.  How do I get ebay not to pay that amount to the buyer and cancel the accepted partial refund.

Once you send a refund, you can NOT get it back.

You can't, once the refund is sent, that's it, no way to get it back.

And why would you cancel a refund that you offered and the buyer agreed to?

If you already issued a refund, you can't undo it.   The buyer could use the send money option in paypal to pay you back.   They would have to be willing for that to work.

Have to check before clicking as the refund option comes up with the full purchase amount already entered and you have to change the  amount if it's lower.
