The seller provided the parcel number CC687640859DE DHL
I have not received the goods after 40 days, according to the parcel number, the goods have not moved since May 6, anyone can check this.

I opened a complaint against the seller, provided screenshots where it says that the product does not move.
Ebay support closed the complaint against the seller without explanation.
I was left without goods and without money.

The seller returned my money today.
I don’t know what this is connected with, with the fact that DHL confirmed the loss of the parcel, or with the fact that the seller saw what he wrote about him on the forum.
In any case, the situation is strange, why ebay support rejected the request for a refund, despite the fact that the parcel did not budge and this can be seen by the tracking number.

eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers is actually very good, but a buyer has to read it, understand it and use it in a timely fashion.
When a buyer has not received his purchase within a few days past its last estimated delivery date, he has 30 days to open an item not received with eBay.
If he misses that deadline, he can open a case with Paypal, if that's how he paid, or do a chargeback on his credit card.
If a buyer receives an item, but it's not as described, buyer has 30 days to open an item not as described case with eBay.
Your title is confusing. You state your item was not received, but then "return closed". From that alone, I am guessing you opened the wrong kind of case and that's why it was denied. Or there was tracking showing it was received.
Your options now are to open an INR case with Paypal, or your card.
