where do i report a scammer and hacker to? a seller recently sent messages from a different email that got blocked trying to pretend to be me! so where do i go to reoprt that kind of dangerous activity?

eBay does not have any such place. If your eBay or paypal account gets hacked, you can report that to them. There is so much of that going on they just don't have time for it.

If you are concerned change your password, they are not hackers just fools that think they are being clever.

I would also keep a record of the email addy they used
