eBay interfering with returns with no reason

This has been happening repeatedly lately. Buyer wants to return something because she bought wrong size. Returns very late. Shipment still on its way. eBay automatically opens a case and closes without refunding buyer. Buyer appeals saying I shipped it and case decision reversed and buyer refunded. I haven't received the return yet. I haven't checked whether it is returned in good condition. I'm being penalised because buyer returns late and eBay closes the return request automatically.

Seller always loses in the end...

eBay is all about the buyers no concern for sellers. The dishonest buyers say whatever the want and eBay refunds them and they don’t care if you ever get your items back. Sorry it opened to you but that is the eBay way.

Unfortunately, it doesn't matter whether or not you ever receive the return, since for a remorse return the buyer pays for an eBay return label. The rules are:

When a buyer returns an item and it doesn't show delivered within the specified timeframe then we will look at three possible situations to determine the outcome.

1. If the buyer used an eBay return label then we will close the case in the buyers favor, regardless of who paid for the return label.
