Just wanted to make clear that eBay won't step in automatically. You have to click on a link to ask eBay to step in. You will see the link after 3 business days have passed after you've opened the return request. You'll find the link in your open return request when its time to use it.
If you don't ask eBay to step in before 21 days have passed ... the return request will 'time out', and you won't be able to reopen it.
It would be very helpful to read eBay's Money Back Guarantee, which can be found in every listing. It describes in detail exactly what to do when you encounter a problem with your order. It's worth reading thoroughly. 🙂
