eBay Not helpful At All

Hello,

Looks like they deleted my last post. It was calling out eBay and how they don't protect their sellers from buyers that are crooks. They will not investigate anything and will side with the buyer 100% of the time, as sellers, be careful. I have been on this site for 10 years and have sold many items and when I needed their help with this matter, they said that I can take care of it myself! NO HELP AT ALL, ALL THEY DID WAS BLAME ME FOR REFUNDING THEM THE MONEY. WAS A MISTAKE, NO HELP!
