Hi,
I, and other sellers, are having fraud issues with buyer(s) operating out of the Seattle and Bainbridge Island, Washington area.
These buyers have low activity/feedback scores next to their Buyer ID, typically 5 or less. The buyers win auction items, receive the package, then wait for almost 30-days to report missing or broken items, then file a refund claim through eBay.
eBay then takes the money back out of my account (this time to the tune of $700) and then after I win the case gives me back the money. But THEN the buyers file a claim with their credit card company!
How can we just block these fraudsters?
