return authorized by seller; supposedly sent label, but only got sheet on tracking; seller says he cannot resend label, has to come from ebay; NOTHING on ebay site as to how to get a label; ebay is running me around in circles; how do i get return shipping label?
The case was opened, the seller agreed to take the product back (it was not what was ordered); I received an email in which I was instructed to press button to print the label, but there was no label there to print, only tracking info.
This is the 3rd post of exactly the same problem I have seen this morning. Buyers can't print return labels.
If you want to communicate with a eBay Customer Service rep that actually works for eBay, contact them thru Facebook messages. They can sort this out for you.
