Can't generate or print a return shipping label

eBay sent me a link to print a return shipping label.

When I try to print it I get this message:

I took this info to the post office and the postmaster said that he cannot print this label or use that tracking number to make a label.

I cannot find a way to contact eBay about this issue.

I contacted the seller and he just told me to inform eBay about the problem.

So much for eBay's customer service, when you can't get help when needed.
