hice 2 compras en  ebay y ya fueron entregadas a un casillero en miami pero en una direccion antigua...hice la solicitud de devolucion  pero me pide que enttregue los paquetes y yo estoy en colombia..me genera un qr pero no se cual es el procedimioento para estyos casos...
