We shipped computer server "inner rails" to a new customer, and they wish to return them. We have a No Returns policy. The rails are heavy steel, and are stamped clearly with the part numbers. We photo'd the stamping and the items clearly and their indented use.
We even included a free pair to encourage further business with the new customer.
No reason given for wanting to return. They are invoking ebays customer returns guaranteed policy, with no reason given.
Is this what we are to expect now, if we decide to stay on ebay>? Thats not tennable.

Tennable {sic} or not, your "no returns" policy is overruled by eBay's Money Back Guarantee.

Understood. We will leave eBay
Amazon pulled some **bleep** like this some years back and we left Amazon.
Even Nordstrom doesn’t allow this crap anymore

They have to choose a reason to open an eBay return case. If they select not as described or arrived damaged, yep you pay the return. Most selling venues will side with buyers over sellers. Buyers are not as easy to come by.....
