I bought a ge xwfe refrigerator replacement water filter from a seller. Apparently none of his filters worked, as he went out of business although I contacted him within a few days for a refund. All of my buying information seems to be erased in the system although it has only been a month since ordering. I even tried to report him for selling fakes but now my order is not recognized by the ebay system although I have a valid email for the order and the receipt. I bought it through the guest system, even though I have an account. I have had no luck contacting customer service or with the ebay guarantee. I doubt if I trust ebay to ever order through them again, even though this is the first time it has been a bad experience.

You don't find the order in your Purchase History? Are you sure you didn't buy as a Guest? I mean, it should be there...

+Order was not found when I clicked on the message recently. When I clicked on in a few days after receiving the item I was able to contact the seller who never responded.

Thanks. I am still pretty new. After logging in and searching all over the ebay website for a month, and not getting a response from the seller, I got a return ticket!

The chat assistant found the order. Hooray! I'm just hoping the seller did not go out of business and I get my money back.
