eBay's customer service agents are usually offshore agents who tell you what they think you want to hear rather than give you an actual answer to your problem.  

There are a lot of experienced people on this board (eBay sellers like yourself who have knowledge and experience from "been there done that").  If you would care to post your problem on here, you will likely get some very good advice.

Doubtful. Most customer problem resolution is automated and no humans are ever involved.

There are so many helpful people on this forum.  Try here first then if needed go to eBay help. You can have an agent call you back. 

Or you could contact customer service via facebook.  The reps there are US based and are very good.
