Send them a return shipping label. Upon receipt of your return issue a full refund to buyer. Lose the $ and your item if you fight it<<

If the buyer has opened a "Not as described" claim, you are better off accepting the return.
If the buyer accelerates the claim, the buyer keeps the item AND gets refunded from your account, plus eBay gives you a defect.
Not worth it -- accept the return and move on to another sale.

The problem with this dropshipped stuff is that you don't actually know what your buyer received or if it's exactly like the pictures and description that you simply copied. In case of SNAD claims you really just have to accept them every time. You don't KNOW that the item is exactly as described.

Drop shipper huh. They should refund and eat it. Then quit. Dropshippers are lying to the customers, representing they have an item to offer when in reality they don’t. Then they provide customer data provided only to facilitate the sale to a 3rd party. It’s against the rules for good reason. Good riddance to drop shippers. If I order something on ebay and it comes from an Amazon warehouse I neg them.
